Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment for the warehouse sale?
Nope, it is open to the public from 9am to 5pm each day.
Where can I park for the warehouse sale?
We created a whole section below to help ease your mind when it comes to parking. Just keep scrolling below. However, the best advice we can give is to get here early!
I’d like to purchase items at the sale and take them home that day, is that okay?
Absolutely! We recommend you bring packing supplies or blankets, in case you have any larger items that might need extra protection. Don’t have a way to transport your item home? Not a problem. We offer local delivery for a small fee of $129 within the state of Ohio & Northern KY. At the checkout counter, we can get you all squared away.
Do you accept gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards at the sale. We do accept credit cards and cash. At the sale, we will have two separate lines. One for credit card transactions and one for cash (this is to help keep the lines moving).
I want a specific item. How do I make sure that it’s mine?
We love your enthusiasm. We recommend coming early on the first day! That way you get the first pick. We don't accept appointments the week of the sale to make things fair to all of our guests.
How do I know if a specific item I want will be in the sale?
That's part of the fun of it! We post a preview on our social media stories the week before for a sneak peek, but we won't send out a list of what will be on sale or send videos of the warehouse to folks before the sale. We want to make if fair to everyone so we operate on a first come, first serve basis!
If I need help with parking or have a question that day. How can I spot the staff?
All staff members will be rocking a fanny pack and an Elm & Iron shirt with a name tag. We’re happy to help! Can't find a staff member? Head to the checkout line and one of our cashiers can flag someone down for you.
I can’t make it to the warehouse sale... but I’d love to still come to see the warehouse. Is this possible?
No problem! We understand people’s schedules can get busy. You can come to the warehouse after the sale by scheduling an appointment M-F by calling our warehouse at 614-502-0981. We don't accept appointments the week of the sale to keep things fair for all of our guests.
Directions & Parking
Our warehouse is located at 1171 Goodale Blvd., Columbus, OH 43212. To help ease your mind we wanted to share a couple helpful tips when it comes to parking at the warehouse. Carpool if you can. You can always pay for a larger item and then schedule for later pick up or local delivery. We have a small lot that fills up very quickly, but you can also look for additional parking on Goodale & Oxley as well as Goodale & Thomas as well as the Basic Biscuits lot across the street (after 12pm only, limited spots available). The side streets allow for off-street parking. Below is a Google map of some other neighboring streets that can potentially help.
Please read signs and be respectful of other people’s businesses & residences in the surrounding areas. We are not responsible for vehicles that are towed. Don’t know if you can park somewhere? Just ask! We’d be happy to help.
