We are looking for responsible & energetic Part-Time and Full-Time Sales Associates to join our growing team. An ideal candidate would have a passion for design & unique decor with a positive working attitude. They will constantly strive to meet sales goals identified by management while exceeding customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting & actively engaging customers as they enter the store
• Identifying a customer's needs & recommending appropriate products to fit the intended use, budget, & aesthetic
• Cultivate & maintain relationships with repeat customers & trade professionals
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist in ensuring that the sales floor area is consistently clean & organized based on brand design standards
• Restocking & replenishing items in between customer interactions
• Utilize brand literature & training resources to stay up to date on product features as well as new releases
• Process sales while taking accurate customer & product information to input the order
• Create orders in our software following brand guidelines & policies with excellent accuracy
• Answer questions regarding product information, order status, or stock availability using the resources available
• Communicate customer feedback regarding products & policies to store management
• Direct customer service & claims inquiries to the proper channels in a respectful, positive manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year sales or customer service experience
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs with the ability to team lift heavier items
