Refund policy
Special orders, vintage items, discounted floor samples, & online orders are all final sale. Returns for these items will be accepted only in the instance of damage, defect, or incorrect item received & approved on a case-by-case basis. Warehouse sale items sold as-is are final sale, which are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
For special order items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Visible damage must be denoted on the proof of delivery for furniture items & we must be notified within 7 days for your claim to be approved.
Refunds
Refunds are authorized on a case-by-case basis in the event of damage, defect, delay, or missing items. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at hello@elmandiron.com.
